The chalet was a total game-changer! The beds were like sleeping on clouds, the kitchen had every gadget imaginable, and the shower was absolute heaven. The added bonus of borrowing wetsuits and body boards was epic! The location was perfect for exploring the stunning Welsh countryside and nearby sandy beaches. We had an unforgettable stay and can't wait to come back year after year!

I absolutely adored the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. It felt like stepping into a warm and inviting cottage, with its lovely furnishings and beautiful artwork. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like myself. The hotel's accessibility for us was excellent, with wide hallways and well-placed handrails that made it easy for us to move around comfortably. It was a joy to be surrounded by such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere during our stay.
I would have loved to see a little more assistance from the children working there. While they were friendly, I think having someone dedicated to helping senior guests with their needs would have made our vacation even better.

The beds were really comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the nearby beaches. The chalet was well equipped, with everything we needed for a self-catering holiday.
The cleanliness could have been better, as the cleaner arrived early and accused us of spilling something on the sofa that we don't recall. There were also not enough dishtowels provided for the week.
